December 2018 Minute Message
Fellow Federationists:
Happy holidays!
As we close out 2018, I have been reflecting on how much we have accomplished this year. I'm excited about all our activities in 2019, and I have no doubt it will be our busiest and most successful year yet. I have also been reflecting on how the Federation is more than a group of individuals with a common goal. We are a family in every sense of the word.

We in the National Federation of the Blind of Maryland have been very busy with a myriad of projects and initiatives, and we are using every extra minute of daylight Spring has given us to help our members and Maryland’s blind live the lives they want.

August 2019 Minute Message
Fellow Federationists:
We have had an incredibly busy month of August. We held three NFB Braille Enrichment for Literacy and Learning (BELL) Academies. We also held our annual Crab Feast to support the John T. McCraw Scholarship Program and had more than 350 attendees, a new record. Our Parents Division held its Annual Picnic for families, and we had a blast. Please read below for more information about what we’ve accomplished in August and what is in store in the coming months for our Federation family.
